Quit Sutta is a product trading under the registered business name Agnolytics Software Pvt Ltd. In these policies, "Quit Sutta", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Agnolytics Software Pvt Ltd.
Subscription Terms
Quit Sutta Premium, operated by Agnolytics Software Pvt Ltd, is offered as a monthly plan (₹499 per month) or an annual plan (₹4,999 per year). Where a free trial is offered, no charge is made until the trial ends; the first charge is taken on the date shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method authorised through Razorpay, until cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel at any time from Profile → Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; your premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your data, history and reward goals are never deleted when a subscription ends — tracking simply returns to the free tier.
Refund Policy
If you are charged in error, or you cancel within 7 days of a first annual payment without having used premium features in that period, contact support and we will review the payment for a refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. Partial periods already used are not normally refunded. All refunds are issued by Agnolytics Software Pvt Ltd.
Terms of Service
Quit Sutta, provided by Agnolytics Software Pvt Ltd, is a behaviour-change and tracking tool. It supports gradual reduction and quitting but is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Speak to a healthcare professional about medication, nicotine replacement therapy or any health concern. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you log.
Privacy Policy
Your smoking logs, journal entries and reward goals are private to your account and readable only by you. Agnolytics Software Pvt Ltd is the data controller for this information. Payment card details are never stored by Quit Sutta — they are handled entirely by Razorpay, which returns only a payment reference and status. We store your subscription status, billing history references and anonymous product analytics (such as which screens are used) to improve the app.
